She was a brilliant actress and an incredible triple threat. She took amazing risks and could make me laugh with just a look. Madeline passed away in 1999 with ovarian cancer and I remember genuinely crying when I heard. Madeline Kahn's brother and husband put a bench in New York City's Central Park that said "In Loving Memory of Madeline Kahn (1942-1999) A BRILLIANT ACTRESS AND LOVELY SOUL WHO LOVED THIS CITY AND THIS PARK."
