Erte pictures all day long. His art is so incredible. I particularly enjoy his costume designs. All of his work has this magical element that creates a different world for each piece. Even his costume designs create a world for the characters in the picture. When I was 13 I was given an Erte print for my room and I have been in love ever since. I especially enjoy watching the movies or seeing photos of the costumes based on his designs in action and comparing them to the drawings. Also, the 1925 silent movie version of Ben Hur is eye candy of the most elaborate kind. I highly recommend watching it if you get a chance.
