It's Always Winter Somewhere....Except for Oklahoma

So perhaps you may have noticed that I have not put any Spring/Summer items up in the shop for sale. I realize that it is cold every where at some point but here in Oklahoma where I am "privileged" to currently reside, it is hot. Not just a little hot....a lot hot. I have decided to use this time to work on my fall collection and get ready for the fall/winter shows I'm participating in this year. Also I have always been of the opinion that while I LOVE knit goods, I do not like them in the summer. That is not to say that I have not seen some lovely summer knits, it's just that it always feels funny to me. Like some one trying to fit into pants that are just a size too small. Just thought I would get that off of my chest. Oh...and by the way....EVERYTHING at AlwaysWinterSomewher is now 25% off to celebrate the fact that I am not knitting bathing suits!

Spring Cleaning

Did some forced spring cleaning the other day. I thought I would snap some pictures while it was clean before I ruined it again....which I will. YEA mindless horrible cleaning!

New Photos

Of course I am obsessed with Clara Bow as you well know. I took a few photos a' la Clara experimenting with some different techniques I plan to use for this fall's shop photos. I am super happy with the way they turned out and can't wait to do some more.
